Objectives:
Upon completion of this course learners
will be able to:
- Help
others gain confidence and competence in their roles
- Help
others think more objectively and thoroughly when tackling
any issue
- Build
consensus for plans by enabling others to come to their
own conclusions
- Give
more constructive and comforting feedback
- Understand
the distinction between coach vs. supervisor vs. technical
expert and when each role is appropriate.
