Coaching

We offer three types of coaching:

• We can train your Managers and Executives to Coach more successfully.
  
• We can coach and enable your Facilitators to be more effective and confident as they work with teams -- this is an observational role and requires on site development with each individual as they lead sessions.
  
• We offer Life Choice coaching through the LIFE PLAN where we help individuals assess their options and design the life they want to lead.
