Jane Woolsey – Seminar Director

With over 25 years in the corporate world and the past 8 years as an entrepreneur, Jane has a wealth of experience in all areas of business, both private and public, at a senior level. She has lent her expertise in the areas of facilitation, training and coaching as well as organization to a variety of clients across diverse industry sectors. She is a natural problem solver and is equally at ease with administration support staff and senior management.

Jane's unique ability to conceptualize and conduct needs assessments in a variety of sectors has enabled her to assist organizations turn their visions into reality. Her approach is highly participative in designing integrated, -focused solutions.

Prior to launching her own business and subsequently becoming a partner in NADUM Jane held Senior Management positions in a number of corporate financial institutions. She specialized in the areas of development & execution of strategic operational plans, re-structuring of business units, processes and project management.

Jane is passionate about helping others to develop and improve their business skills. The combination of her business education at York University and her years of business experience (including a training company) provides a powerful resource to any organization.
